I am directed by the Comptroller and Auditor General to transmit a copy of the Annual Account of the Treasurer of Hong Kong for the year 1906, to which is appended the Certificate of the Comptroller and Auditor General, together with a copy of the Statement of Assets and Liabilities of the Colony on 31st December, 1906.

I am at the same time to present the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General on the Account, and to request that the Detailed Statements of Revenue and Expenditure, transmitted therewith, being in original, may be returned.
